How to Manage Your Email

Do you have tons of domains?

Do you struggle with trying to figure out how to manage all of your various emails (from multiple sites)?

Well, I may just have the solution for you.

Google’s email service provides a service that will allow you to reply as another email address… a feature that is really handy when you want to handle support for multiple websites.

Here’s a video I created a while ago that I think you’ll find beneficial on how to set it all up.

    Steve,

How many niche website email addresses can be added to one Gmail account? You showed one email and switch between the two email addresses. Could you add more?

Could you have 100+ niche emails that forward to one Gmail account and then select among the 100+ email accounts to send from when replying?

Great tip! I hope you have the answer I am hoping for!

As far as I know you can have dozens of emails pointing to the same email address.

It really becomes more of an issue of sifting through all of the various emails from the drop down menu (when you change the “From” email when replying or writing an email). I have a couple of Gmail accounts with a ton of emails pointing to it (perhaps 50). But my “primary” email accounts have perhaps a dozen to choose from.

The more email addresses you associate with your Gmail account, the more margin of error you may have.

I tend to be a bit quick on the trigger… so having too many email accounts can create some issues (because I’m working quickly and may choose the wrong email account).

      Hope this helps.

    Hi there Stephen

That was one heck of a Time saver – and your Video walk through was awesome.

I did come across this somewhere else on a tech blog but it was not as clear as your walk through

As you say Once you Hit the 100 Blogs – and domains it does get rather difficult although I use Roboform Pro – to track – It is a Royal pain to log into each although I have used my Outlook many times –
The whole process gets messy especially when you are away on the road.
This Gmail system is probably the best

I set up mine on a test account and it worked like a charm –
Video walk through was great – thanks

      Thanks Hamant.

I really found this to be a time saver and a very efficient way to setup a central email system (since I have hundreds of blogs).

      All the best,
      Steven
